Didn't turn up on the first day but, did manage to complete the job within timescale. In saying that, one radiator was left hanging off the wall and pipes in a bedroom left uncovered. Eventually after months they returned to re hang the radiator, unsuccessfully, it still is hanging off the wall. One year on and despite having a one year guarantee and first boiler service free, we cannot get them to return our calls. Absolutely appalling service, that has caused us huge distress.
I am a very skilled plumber / bathroom installer with 20years experience in plumbing, heating and tiling. I specialise in quality bathroom installation, gas boilers Install service and brake down. Cylinder installs and general plumbing, I also have an extensive knowledge of heat pump technology where after attending manufacturer training in Valliant and Daikin heat pumps and products I have many installs to my name.
As of today, the job has been paid for in full (in cash) but remains unfinished. The shower hasn't been fitted, the cupboard units are poorly fitted-a bracket broken in one of them, a cupboard handle lost which he expected me to replace, the painting and finishing is shoddy - lumps of grout left on the tiles. I have had quotes running into hundreds to complete the fitting & improve the finishing - after paying in cash and trusting in a professional job - nightmare!

Some of the work was good like the trimming of the shrub and bushes. The weeding was hopeless as they have not been pulled up by the roots and some of it was not touched at all. Some of my plants were trampled on and the rose stems forcefully pushed through the obelisk were broken in their hurry to finish by five. I don't think they had any intention of returning as I was not pleased with their weeding work which was the main aspect of their work_ to get the ground ready for planting. The work has been left
