Awful service. Site visit, agreed price. Then nothing. Family issues stated but not once given me a call back. I've had to chase for 3 weeks. Missed 4 agreed slots. Very disappointing for my 86 year old father too and my mum who's on palliative care at home. Seemed like a nice chap. Even put the phone on busy to me tonight. Have to get another plumber.
