From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Aarfaan is very knowledgeable and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and resolve it. The quote was given quickly, setting out the alternatives and we had to replace the windows. Once the decision was taken he came back and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. Would certainly use this firm again.
