I had the media wall installed by this so called professionals, door section of the media wall has not been installed properly and bear sectionnofnthe wall is visible, I had LED installed behind the TV, it never worked and I asked him to corner and fix it, 5 months later I am still waiting, I don't recommend them at all, stay away of you can, uninformative, no idea what they are doing, my electric is tatters now, my lights dont work and I have hire a electrician do fix the issues

I have no issue with the work they did, but they should routinely carry cleaning equipment such as brooms, dustpan and brush and a vacuum cleaner. They should not need to use mine, or ask me for a bucket to mix up plaster in. Finally they really should take their rubbish away or tell their clients the price does not include rubbish removal. Putting it in my neighbour’s bin and on my garden is unacceptable.

I hate to leave a bad review but this job is worse than before. boris wallpapered a cupboard but 1.pulled out a shelf support to see whether to take it out & pulled away a large chunk of plaster, put it back& papered over it leaving a crumbling lump behind,2.advised not to pattern match the paper,3.ripped instead of cut paper,4.pasted the paper instead of ‘pasting the wall’ even though the paper & paste were labelled to paste the wall,5.left gaps &6.paper is peeling off less than 24h after the job end= £150
