I can highly recommend Jake. We had a very old boiler and heating system which needed replacing. Jake gave us excellent advice and a very competitive quote. The whole system was renewed and it was a difficult job. Our house was full of complex issues such as chip board floors and dated electrics. Jake dealt with all these issues in a considerate professional manner. I would not hesitate in giving Jake further work. He is a skilled British heating engineer. Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.

Not a comfortable experience. Upped the price upon completion after agreement. Agreement had already been pushed beyond the max quote. Had to come back out the following day to put right a leak left behind & stuffed badly made holes through exterior wall with kitchen towel. The work already needs rectifying again & new tradesperson is miffed at the work done & price charged. Feel vulnerable leaving this as he talked about someone else who’d left a negative review to me.
