I can’t recommend Laurentiu and his assistant Reece more highly. They completely gutted & refurbished my downstairs cloakroom in two and a half days and it is fabulous. I love it. BTR were awful. They delayed, double charged, installed the wrong items, left footprints on doors, and told me they had done the works when they hadn't. I was desperate for the works to be done properly as I was selling a house. They haven't paid me back the money I paid them to complete. I had to get someone else in because the standard was so low.

Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.
