We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. I hate to leave a bad review but this job is worse than before. boris wallpapered a cupboard but 1.pulled out a shelf support to see whether to take it out & pulled away a large chunk of plaster, put it back& papered over it leaving a crumbling lump behind,2.advised not to pattern match the paper,3.ripped instead of cut paper,4.pasted the paper instead of ‘pasting the wall’ even though the paper & paste were labelled to paste the wall,5.left gaps &6.paper is peeling off less than 24h after the job end= £150
