Hi! I’ve been in the plumbing business for 20 years, 10 years on new builds and refurbishments in America, England, and Ireland, and 10 years in a worldwide franchise. called drain doctor. My time working for drain doctor gave me the best experience as it was not only drainage but all sorts of problems to do with plumbing and drainage inside and outside commercial and domestic properties, constantly testing my knowledge of the trade, “every day was a school day” as I was working on all sorts of buildings both old and new, which rarely had the same installations. May 2017 I came back to England as a self employed sub contractor, I’m looking to try and grow my business over here so all business is appreciated. I’ll look forward to speaking to you and sorting out your problems. April 2019 update;- I've been working back in Dublin for the last year on more industrial work, but living in Derry/Londonderry, have a few weeks off and i'm looking to see how this goes for me up here, all buisnessis very much appreciated Thanks

Andrew and the team at Orchard County Builders were great from start to finish. Andrew started promptly and the work has been completed to an excellent standard, he even went above and beyond with a few extra tasks, clearing away the rubble, mess and materials that were in addition to his work from our renovation. Very disappointed with this “tradesman” and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn’t done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn’t even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.

30/11/23. Ideal Engineer was arranged to come out to check installed boiler by Boiler Tech. Hot and cold pipes where discovered to be reversed and attached opposite ways. Which needed corrected by another plumber before two parts of the boiler were replaced. Boiler engineer stated the parts failed because the system wasn’t flushed prior to installation. Documented by Ideal.
