Mon Roofing and Building Contractors have been going for near enough 20years. i started up as a roofing and building only buisnes but over the years grew to contracting projects ie extensions , annexes, new builds ext. i have an impressive portfolio and have not used the rated people platform since 2014 . but due to not going for the larger project have now come back on here to look for smaller contracts.
Arwel stood out from the other contractors who applied to do the job because he visited before quoting and made some additional recommendations. He replaced guttering, some loose root tiles and also recommended that we use some protective edging that he also installed. Roof looks great.

Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. A good builder is always in demand, and it's true! I had to wait a little while for AtoZ Cheshire but they were worth the wait. Piotr and his team were polite, efficient and cleaned up everything so well that I hardly noticed they were there. This was a tricky job to replace a kitchen and home office floor after a flood. Lots of tricky corners and unusual cuts. The floor has been laid immaculately. I am delighted with the result and would highly recommend them!!
