Ollie promptly carried out the work for me as described. We had some subsequent dramas post installation, which were not caused by Ollie, but one of those things! Bit he was still available in the evening when I needed him to help me resolve that issue, which was a great help and avoided an unhappy tenant being left without heating and hot water. After a few delays (weather and sickness) the job was well completed. Only disappointment was bags of rubbish left at top of garden. Would have paid to have them removed but wasn’t a discussion.
