Got a written confirmed appointment for 7am, but no one turned up. Didn't respond to texts or phone calls to find out where he was, then got a text after 1 hour to say the appointment was cancelled. I called to find out what was going on as I had taken the morning off work, got a rude response of "not my problem". Would never use or recommend.
