He never showed up, and never contacted me again once I found he didn't complete his job. It's already 4 weeks, but he broke his promise twice, and never showed up. I tried to complaint to Top Freeze, they only asked my contact details, but one day has passed, and still not contact me again.

Every part of the service failed resulting in wasted money, time and damage which now needs fixing. Summary: 1. Rubbish removal destroyed new fencing materials. 2. Remaining new panels were damaged with a) rough, unsupported cutting and b) shoddy/misaligned screws 3. Attached horizontal panel when others were vertical. 4. Failed to align heights. 5. Used damaged materials, despite being asked and agreeing NOT to use. 6. Ignored our instruction during work & request to refund. In short a nightmare.
