WE'RE COST EFFECTIVE We know how frustrating it can be to work with home improvement businesses that have huge overheads which they pass on to customers. They employ sales people rather than designers and offer average standards at a huge mark-up. This is not what we are about. Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
