George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

We hired Ionut to lay some decking and build two planters and some bench seating as well as landscape the garden and laying a new lawn. Ionut and his team did an exceptional job - the work is very neat and professional and we ended up with a great finish. They were polite, respectful and worked very hard. I have already recommended Ionut to a friend and hired him for another job (laying slate slabs) which was also done incredibly well.
We have over 30 years experience in landscaping and general home improvements, no job to big or small, we provide free quotations and site visits. Customer satisfaction comes first for us every time. All of our work comes guaranteed, we use high quality products, machinery and all work is done in house. We don’t sub contract any work out.
The whole process was a nightmare. We were given a quote by Kieran which we accepted. The job was cancelled 4 times at the last minute on each occasion through a variety of reasons. We tried to re-arrange each time but it was always cancelled. After the 4th time we gave up and cancelled the job as it is frankly too unreliable and we need someone professional. We are now failing to get our deposit back as apparently unused materials cannot be returned. He wants to just dump it on our driveway. Avoid using!

He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance
