George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I wanted a Church Font removing from my garden and this company performed the task with ease. Both of them disposed of the font and cleared the area with no trouble at all. Cannot praise their work ethic enough, polite, pleasant and courteous. Although the font was large they managed to break it up and take away all the remains. Would heartily recommend and they seem to cater for all jobs concerning the garden. Well done lads and thank you.

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

This company was a nightmare to deal with. I have never experienced such amateur and inefficient work. They spent more time getting “ materials “ than actually doing the job. The bathroom renovation should have taken 2 days. Admittedly there were a few unforeseen problems. But basically just taking out and refitting sink and toilet. Their workmen were awful. They took over twice the time they should have. Also they never finished. The bath is still leaking. The sealant finish is amateur
