Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. I contacted Raymond re problem with facia missing. He replied promptly and came out to see the job and quoted best price. I initially gave him the job but i had decorators in at the time who persuaded me to get them to replace wood and paint it and gutters . I felt bad as he was going to come over to do job asap, everyone else was 2 to 3 weeks but he couldn't have been nicer when i said he wasnt needed and was glad the job was getting done. Good business manners in my mind.
