That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! Update to my previous rating. The same leak has returned in the rain, as bad as before. I tried to contact Vincent numerous times. He promised to come and fix it but never actually did and now is ignoring me completely. I will have to pay someone else to fix this a second tiime. Don't use this contractor.
