Mr Belshaw was a pleasure to have around the property. His quote was comprehensive and competitive for the work. He communicated well about the process and I felt fully informed about what was being done and why. I recently left a good review but after recent events I need to change this. After a callout for a blockage which resulted in them getting their hose stuck and had to come out to remove a few days later from my pipe, our toilet was left with another leak due to the toilet being damaged. After getting a plummer from British gas out, I then find out I was massively overcharged for all the work, the total paid was £3380, I found out this should have cost me no more than £1800. I will never use them again!
