I have since had a response from Rydec and the lack of response was due to being out of work with an injury. I'm sure they are a great company but unfortunately I have not been able to use them.

The job was priced fairly & competitively and was completed to a very high standard with all debris removed and the working area cleaned completely. The lads themselves were pleasant & polite. I needed an extra job and they happily obliged. I was so impressed that I have asked them to quote for another job that I have. Thank you lads!
