Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind. Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.

No job too small
I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.
