Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Chris was excellent from start to finish. From the first very discussion where he advised us on the best design and components etc. he came back multiple times as we were confirming tiles and construction and always explained clearly the process with Attention to detail. He accommodated our timescale, completing two bathrooms whilst we were on holiday, meaning zero mess and great bathrooms when we returned. Overall a great experience from start to finish,we highly recommend Chris and would use him again.

Rich and his team were super efficient. Our roof was leaking badly (water coming through the bedroom ceiling) Even though Rich couldn't start working on the roof straight away (due other work commitments) he came on an extremely wet Sunday, put the scaffolding up and did a temporary repair to stop any further damage to the bedroom. I couldn't be more pleased with the work carried out and for a reasonable price.

Although they did a good job, I had a slow leak and the shower cubicle handle has since fallen off. They came out to fix the toilet leak, but it started leaking again straight after. Never returned to do the handle as promised

Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
