I posted photos of my job and recieved a quote via text straight away. When I made contact to book the job they came the following day at the agreed time and the guy that came was fantastic. I was able to leave him to it while I carried on sorting through in the house. Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

Our job never went ahead as we discussed the scope of the work over phone, text and pictures, had the date and price set. Then, not even 12 hours before they were supposed to come round, they thought they needed to re-evaluate the scope with no new information, double the pricing and said we could only discuss the price a little, despite the massive and sudden increase. They haven't since I tried to negotiate the price closer to the original number.
