When embarking on a large project (in this case a substantial house extension) you want to be reassured that as well as good communication throughout the job, the quality of work will be of the highest and that best efforts are made to bring the job in on time and as near as possible on budget. My wife and I were very impressed on all these fronts and would heartily recommend the AJR team. I needed an experienced brickie to urgently to sort out an extension before crane/steels turned up in few days. Shaun gave a fair quote, turned up on time exactly as promised. Worked very hard even in the boiling heat and did a great job. 100% recommended!!

Joe did a really good job on repairing our garden wall. He arrived on time, worked quickly and charged a very reasonable price for the work. We're very happy with the work Joe did and would certainly use him again in the future. I would definitely recommend him to others.
Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

My wife and I wanted the job doing with the least disturbance possible and to the highest standard of quality. I am very pleased that this was achieved, Richard and Howard (the builders) were both professional and well mannered, they started on time and during the heavy rain kept on working to finish the job. After the job was complete they they cleaned up the area they had worked in. I would have no reason not to strongly recommend them.

Paul and Dave did a great job. My garden was in such a mess!! Weeding was done, ivy growing around walls cut back. Worst job of all was the roots of a conifer growing under slabs. They lifted up slabs digging up and cutting back heavy roots. Slabs, including 3 further slabs were relaid. Added to that lawns were neatly cut. They tidied up after work was completed. Excellent work done in a professional way. 11/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done
