For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. An efficient and knowledgeable electrician who provided advice on the LED light fittings to replace the florescent and halogen lights in my kitchen which had been discontinued.
