10 years ago we started as a small electrical contractor delivering the highest standards on every single job we completed. Really happy with the work done on our staircase. We needed urgent work done to create a new floor to ceiling bannister to keep one of our autistic sons safe. Peter and his guys were great to deal with, hard working and reliable, not to mention so accommodating of our children’s difficulties. Would highly recommend. Thanks again guys.

I.needed the job done quick and Joe came out the next day to provide a quote which was very reasonable. Joe came back the following day and completed the job to a very high standard ahead of schedule. Joe even touched up a few bit's of paint in other rooms athink no extra cost

Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. Simon fitted curtain poles (including a bay curtain pole) and hung curtains for is. He turned up on time, was very professional and efficient and completed the work to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend him and intend to use him again for other work around our flat.

Pleasant and got on with the job. Worked well and didn't stop till finished. He papered 2 bedrooms. Painted too. He squared off a wall around a window to improve finish in 1 room. Radiators also painted. Very happy with finish. Adam was the cheapest quote but it was his manner that i liked best as quotes were close. Would contact Adam again.

I can't rate Len highly enough. Great professional yet friendly service. Turned up when he said he would, did the job that he said he would in the time that he said he would. And between times, gave advice, explained the issues and what else I could do that would help. He went through the rest of the flat and sealed the other windows as a bonus. I would happily hire Len again and highly recommend him.
