Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. Ion is very friendly and hard working. He does his job to the highest standard. He changed the little things I have asked, and the final touch was amazing! Steven and his team did a brilliant job on our flat. I couldn't meet Steven in person as I live elsewhere, but he was in close contact with me before and throughout the job. Grand Finishes decorated the flat within 4-5 days. They went beyond the scope of the project, suggesting we paint the radiators too to make it look better, as well as refresh the grout in the bathroom and kitchen (both of which they included at no extra cost). For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up.
