Small price negotiations took place, prior to the job, but we settled on a fair price. Turned up slightly late, but was decent enough to text me and let me know the situation. Came eqipped with all necessary tools, completed the installation within a reasonable timeframe and also explained how to test the alarm and change battery. Polite, friendly and easy to deal with. Other tradesmen should definately take a leaf out of his book.

We required an upgraded central heating system and decided to rewire and add some new electrical points at the same time. Tony assessed the work, and demonstrated that we didn’t need a full rewire, so his honesty saved us spending money we didn’t need to. He carried out the rest of the job working around our homeworking and disability requirements without disruption. Really pleased with everything.

In the last 16 years we have evolved into One Stop Design and Construction Ltd - a fully insured, VAT registered company that covers all aspects of home improvements such as loft conversions, extensions and bespoke refurbishments. I haven’t been on Rated People in a while as I have got all my work through recommendations, however I recently moved to Surrey so I am building my client base out here also. Max was quick to respond to request and did a thorough investigation, fixed the leak and left with no damage despite having to get behind tiling which was great. Very polite and kept me informed of the process throughout.

Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.

They turned up exactly when they said they would (at 7pm so I didn't even have to interrupt my working day) worked quickly and efficiently in pouring down rain, and got rid of a load of unwanted rubble and wood, transforming a section of my garden. Great work, good value.

Very pleasant and reliable. Came on time for quote, provided quote in timely manner, we arranged the date and John and his mate came and did a lovely job of our patio: breaking up old concrete, laying new, then laying tiles. The work was clean and tidy and the tiles look nice.
