Neil ended up completing the full 2nd fix in my new build property, including fitting of staircase, kitchen, doors, skirting, laminate and associated tasks. All work was completed to a high standard, including the overcoming of some difficulties in actually fitting in the staircase to comply with building control. Darren came and assembled my furniture when I was 9 months pregnant. He came the same day and completed the job within the specified timeframe. He left the room clean and tidy when he was finished.
First time using rated people.com but worked out really well! Noel has done a fantastic job with the tiling in our shower enclosure -other people shied away from doing the herringbone pattern we hoped for, but Noel has done it beautifully. Lovely chap-friendly, helpful, tidy and punctual. Excellent value too. Couldn't be more pleased! Highly recommend.

Unfinished skirting board installation. All seemed well at first, but a few weeks later I noticed sealant had been missed under all of the radiators. I contacted Steven to see if he could get somebody finish this off. He said maybe the silicone gun couldn't get under the radiators - this wasn't the case as sealant had been done up to the pipes (which were chipped into the wall, so even less of an obstruction). A week later, I have had no further contact hence why I am l leaving this review.
