I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Hi i am a small independant joi er/carpenter. I have been in the trade for 32 years. We specialise in kitchen and bedroom fitting. Also we can provide any trade i.e. plasterers plumbers etc. I work to a high standard.
Did a tidy job considering wren surveyors poor measuring. Came back to complete the fitting of utilities the minute wren had been to install the worktop.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Really, really pleased with our new bathroom! Dan did an excellent job and worked really hard throughout the time he was with us. The job was more difficult than either of us anticipated, plus we asked him to do a few extra bits not originally quoted for, but he just ploughed on until the job was done. Dan always cleaned up after each day and tried to keep mess to a minimum. The finish in the bathroom is first class, we just love it! Will certainly use him again and recommend him to others.

Mike came, quoted £700 to do the weeding. Transferred £350 to bank to start immediately . He blew leaves off the snow for 5/10mins then asked for £50cash for weed killer which we declined and he then left. Next day van problems, too wet next day. We asked for a refund not heard since. I would pay after completion. Disappointing
