Extremely pleased with the work carried out by Richard and his team in fitting a new shower room. Clean and tidy work within budget even though some small extras were added during fitting. Would highly recommend Professional Property Maintenance to anyone. More than impressed with the kind and considerate manner in which the whole job was conducted and want to thank Richard for rearranging the job when things were put on hold due to a medical issue. We were worried about finding tradesmen to do our garage conversion as we’ve generally not had a good experience in the past. Les came in and gave a great quote, was helpful and transparent from the start and did an excellent quality job whilst being very respectful of our living space. Would recommend him to anyone and would definitely use Les again.

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. If I could add 10 stars, I would. Martyn,Russ and their team have done a First class job on my kitchen, at a reasonable all in price. All completed in about 10 working days. Martyn came and prices my job and I thought I had a good idea as to design, however his experience guided me to amendment that would enhance and improve the layout. A start date was agreed and right from the start everyone arrives on time and completed a FULL days work and no one left BEFORE the site was clean and swept. THANK YOU.
