I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Marcus and Jamie fitted a kitchen and floor for us last year. Marcus said after they were finally finished that it had been one of the most awkward and most problematic kitchens they had ever done. Awful work on patio and steps ,11 slabs have lifted. They came out to repair one slab, but omitted redoing the grouting.The one next to it had lifted, said they were coming out to redo it but now not answering any messages I have left.
