I am writing concerning the excellent service and work undertaken by Wayne Triggs Building Services for Pennine Lancashire Community Farm as small Charity in Burnley. Wayne Triggs supported by Graham help us create a 168 square meter wooden frame building. Wayne worked positively with the Charity in undertaking all tasks, including sourcing appropriate materials, agreeing tasks, providing effective contacts etc. The end of this process has been the creation of fantastic environmental friendly building.

Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. My name is Aidan. I am new to the area but by no means new to plumbing and the building trade. I moved here for love and left behind a very successful bathroom and plumbing installation company. I previously worked as recommended by a showroom company so I spent a lot of time creating beautiful bathrooms. My eye for detail really lent itself to the quality of finish, right across the board with tiling,plastering,plumbing, heating and kitchen fitting. I have worked on bathrooms where the materials chosen cost so much it’s scary. Likewise I can work on a B&Q £400 bathroom bundle. My gas safe certification is about to lapse however my knowledge and qualifications are of the highest standard, as this is a new beginning for me I am reluctant to retake the course right now until I understand how beneficial it will be for me in the future. As for me. I am a young man with 15 years on site experience that has always been willing to work hard and treat people fairly. I more than not keep customers for life and am always more than willing to go out of my way to keep people happy. I usually have my dog with me as he is my best bud and comes everywhere with me. If this is a problem he is more than happy to wait for me in the van. Or if you want to say hi he loves people,kids, dogs. He loves everything. We can’t wait to meet you.

Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

This company was a nightmare to deal with. I have never experienced such amateur and inefficient work. They spent more time getting “ materials “ than actually doing the job. The bathroom renovation should have taken 2 days. Admittedly there were a few unforeseen problems. But basically just taking out and refitting sink and toilet. Their workmen were awful. They took over twice the time they should have. Also they never finished. The bath is still leaking. The sealant finish is amateur
