Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

Steve did a complete renovation of a 2 bedroom flat for us - rewire, beautiful herringbone oak floors, plaster, paint, amazing new kitchen including white quartz countertop sourced at a great price and bathroom. Mr.M.Anderson did an excellent job renovating my kitchen and he was able to follow my plan and explain everything he was doing according to my plan step by step and, he was also very patient with me while I was explaining what my vision was for my kitchen, also very polite and very understanding and communicated very well throughout his working period, and was very accommodating with every obstacle he faced during the renovation. Calls himself George here but when he arrived he said he was Anthony. Unless he is impersonating someone else! He did the job quickly but then I gave him another job to fit a new wooden gate and a lock on it. Trusted him and paid in advance. never finished the job, or return my calls to complete my job. I eventually left a message. He replied that he was busy somewhere else and would come in 2 days but never showed up.

AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.
