I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We are a family run business with over 15 years in the building trade. From joiners, plumbers, electricians, painting/decorators, landscapers and plasterers we have it all. We take great pride in our work and customer care is priority. We do apply an out of hours charge after 6pm, weekends and bank holidays.

Was contacted by Tomasz on the same day I posted the job (Sunday) and he came out to see the job that day. It was for an elderly couple who required a bathroom refit. He understood that i wanted them to feel safe just as much as the quality of the job. Ross did a great job laying the patio and installing a shed base. He immediately identified the differing levels my garden had and was able to suggest ideas to maintain relatively level access to my property. Ross arrived for the quotation as agreed and the work was started and finished promptly. He removed all the waste from the project and I'm really pleased with the outcome of the work.
