The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. We chose Buildway to do this important work at our house replacing a 42 year old timber balcony. Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. The job threw up some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen and they were handled professionally by the team.
