It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!
