This company was hired by me about year and a half a go to install laminate flooring in two bedrooms and landing area. Prior to that I have used exactly same flooring but different installers for another bedroom with no issues. The flooring boards now became disjoint in many places which may be due to there being too large gaps left beneath the beading. They are refusing to fix and blame poor laminate quality!

Glen was very quick to respond, clear in his pricing and were accommodating when I needed him to source a certain paint colour. The cupboard that he has made works well and provides the access to the fusebox that is needed. I engaged Pol Builders initially to replace the flooring on my landing. They did an excellent job, ensuring minimum disruption. I was so pleased with the standard of workmanship, they then completed, the hall, stairs and landing redecoration, installing panelling and laying LVT in the hallway to a very high standard. They re-modelled our kitchen units beautifully too. They are polite, efficient and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.
