I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Richard was here when he said he would be, did the work quickly and professionally, and coped with some unexpected problems well (late arrival of the basin I ordered, and a leaky pipe only discovered once the tiles were off).
