Had a specific budget in mind and Spade & Sparrow came up with a fantastic price which was well below my original figure in mind. He turned up on time and was very polite. He stuck to what he said he was going to do and did a fantastic job as well. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

The standard of work is very good, and the room was vacuumed before he left. The cost of the job was within my budget. And very reasonable Mason is very reliable, he arranged times to be with me, texted me to let me know when he was on his way. I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.
