Richard arrived well before the arranged time which was a bonus. He is highly professional & charming. Shame I can't give less than 1 rating. I paid for a service instead I had 2 teenage boys smoking and drinking cans which were then thrown in the garden which I ended up picking up. The newly laid turf is yellow because they did not water it before laying and kept walking on it. They did not provide the service they promised. I ended up planting trees myself as I wanted the workers to leave. The boss who promised me the world spent all day attending to personal calls. Absolutely shocking.
