Extremely efficient service. Called within 10minutes of posting urgent job for tree removal and had the job quoted and completed within the next couple of hours. After a week or so of back and forth as they kept cancelling, they sent 2 young lads who had 0 to little experience. Most of the work will need redone. They created alot of mess and had to use my ladders for some of the work which was not very professional and took 2 days for a few hrs of work as they couldn't do it. Their manager was very apologetic but still charged £500 for the "work" Terrible experience.

Initially great service, quick and didn’t over do the job ie suggested a cheaper alternative which was great - however sadly they suggested doing some other work on the roof which agreed to but they haven’t finished the job been a month and still not finished and is no longer communicating which is disappointing

Phillip called out to the house to inspect and gave me what seemed like a fair price for the work needed to fix a leak on my main roof and out the back. He seemed genuine and I asked him to complete the work. He came back and did the work although no one was around the house. He said he would send me photos of the completed work but he didnt. I met him that same day and paid him. He said he may not have fixed the leak at the back but he would be back. 17 days later he wont answer phone calls or texts.

Contacted Paul five weeks ago for him to come out and assess the repairs I needed done. I have not heard from him since. He doesn't seem to be reliable enough to get what you are needing done.
