Coopers provided an excellent service. Jack came and reviewed the problem, showing me photos of the leak and damage, and gave various options and prices of what I could do. In the end, I decided on a full roof replacement along with guttering and soffits. I got them to fit a Velux window and sun tunnel too. The project management was excellent. Scaffolding came within a day and work started following Monday. The job was completed in four days to a professional standard. Highly recommended.

James and his team did a fantastic job. He turned up on time to quote for the task of replacing our 4.5 x 4.5m concrete hardstanding with brick papers. We agreed a price for the job and a start date. He and his team turned up when agreed. On the first day they removed the original concrete slab, and did the necessary work to prepare the ground. Day 2 the pavers were laid. Done the job ok, but took 1.5 hours to complete a 45 minute job! Shockley cost me £300 to have a hob installed with most of the existing pipe work used.

Paid £310 to have top of bedroom bay window re-felted as small amount of rain water was seaping through. This company recommended fibre glass paint and guaranteed the work done. After 3 months the rain water is still coming through the front part of bay window roof. When I contacted again I'm told it would cost an additional £80 material costs plus £40 each for 2 people to repair what they should have repaired in the first instance. Don't like to leave negative comments but feel done over :(
