That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! Told me what would be done to repair and make good the botch job of spindles and railings on my decking (obviously done by someone else!). He and his son Marshall came out a couple of days later to do the job. The decking is absolutely rock solid…what a difference! Professional, polite and friendly. Definitely recommended!
