Mark was great at the outset - very responsive and keen to help, seemly went out of his way to get the job done and even saved us money in the process, I have unfortunately had to revise my rating down to two stars. Having completed the job and been paid upfront we were then completely let down by Mark who failed to come back and fix various snags including replacing the bathroom flooring which had not been fitted correctly. A lesson learnt by us to withhold full payment until satisfied with the job.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. The carpet was fitted perfectly with smooth joins and neat edges throughout every room, and the stairs . They were professional, friendly, and made sure everything was cleaned and tidy before they left.
