He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price.
