George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. We agreed terms and price. Arrived, said they couldn't move everything at that price, so agreed what they could move for the pre-agreed price. Said they had finished but didn't move some garden waste bags because they were too heavy (weight was never a factor when I was quoted originally), but nevermind. Asked to swap the bags for something else lighter and they wouldn't after I was quoted for a full van load with space still in the van. The van arrived with some other items already in there by the way.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend
