The job wasn't a big one but the site was difficult, though carried out with great care & very swiftly. Especially as the weather here was horrendous at the time. Simon came to quote when he said he would and even did the job much quicker than I had expected, cleared up as if they had never been here and kept me well informed with e-mails and phone calls.
