Problem was time delay as this job was advertised as urgent and you said you would quote ASAP and we waited over 3 weeks for your quote and then you decided not to quote at all, having held up our project while we waited. You were given the phone number of the building inspector dealing with this project who was happy to answer any of your questions but you chose not to contact him
