Worst experience ever with a builder. After requesting £5000 in advance, building control told us they are doing a terrible and dangerous job. They are not following the instructions from the Structural engineer and putting the building and people in a high risk. Since we paid the deposit they don't reply to our messages and calls, they only have worked about 5 days in a month. They refuse to give any money back although building control have encouraged us to hire someone "who knows what he is doing"

Although the most expensive of the three prices, we chose Vfurb for their clear explanation of their standards. We agreed a price before the work, and rates for additional time that may be needed. Vfurb conducted themselves in good humour, politely and professionally throughout the 4 week project, regularly communicating with updates and progress report - they could work through freezing weather because they had scaffolded and sheeted the area, A fantastic outfit which I can thoroughly recommend.
