I was quoted a price for the garden from pictures I sent. When he turned up the price doubled. I agreed as I had a tenant moving in. He came in my absence and did not do a great job. on inspection. He clearly left things he thought he could get away with not doing. Parts were good but it was not a finished job. Had to get him back for a second day to finish what he should have done. Still not 100% happy with the job but paid him to save any headache.
